Construction Estimator – Water Projects

Location: Englewood, CO

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate project opportunities within designated regions.
• Review blueprints, specifications, and project documents to develop competitive bids.
• Source and solicit subcontractors and vendors , ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Conduct cost analysis of labor, materials, equipment, and time requirements , comparing them to supplier quotes to determine optimal pricing strategies.
• Resolve discrepancies and adjust estimates to finalize competitive and accurate bid proposals before deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Construction experience preferred with an emphasis on estimating.
• Ability to work under pressure while managing deadlines and budgets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and estimating software .
• Strong ability to interpret plans, specifications, and create material take-offs .
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and analytical skills .
• Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to feedback and refine estimates accordingly.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience)
