If you are an experienced P & C Licensed Commercial Lines Account Manager who is a whiz with Applied EPIC and you want to work for a local agency that will not sell and has had many of their customers for over 20 years, this opportunity is for you!
My client is an independent insurance agency in downtown Seattle, WA. They specialize in Commercial Lines community business, contractors, and in the social services sector. They are on EPIC. You will be the main Commercial Lines Account Manager supporting their three producers. The book will be about $400,000 in revenue with premiums up to $200,000 and accounts are a mix of direct appointment and wholesale or programs. Their retention rate is close to 100%. These are predominantly WA State accounts. You will manage renewals start to finish and will have lots of automony with Producers just a call away and very responsive. They all know how to manage an account, but want to grow the agency and focus on building new business.
They are very open on scheduling and will allow work from home as long as you live in WA state and know EPIC well. They will ship you all IT needed to do the job. They have a mix of employees that work in the office as well as remote.
The agency pays 100% of your gold level benefits and 50% of your dependents. They also have a matching 401K.
They would like to hire before the end of the summer. Candidates must know EPIC, have 5+ years of full cycle account management in an independent generalist agency. Knowledge of social services and non-profit coverage is a big plus. Only WA State candidates are eligible for this role.
