Job Description

Must Haves:

• 2+ years of experience as a licensed Certified Medical Assistant
• CMA license in the State of VA
• Phlebotomy Certification -
• driver's License & Vehicle
• Ability to pass a background check

Plusses:

• EKG Certification
• EHR Certification
• Ability to demonstrate during teaching

Day to Day:

A client of Insight Global is looking for a CMA teacher to join their team. This person will be responsible for teaching a class of 10-15 students a course on becoming a CMA. This person does not need to have prior teaching experience but, does need to have the ability to demonstrate basic CMA job duties to the class. This role will be on-site Monday-Friday from 8-5p.m. There is a curriculum provided however, this instructors role is to support adding real world demonstrations and examples to make the content more engaging for students.
