Job Description

The Clubhouse Concierge by its nature is broad in scope and subject to modification from time to time. The following description is not meant to be restrictive, but to generally outline duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, tour them through The Cove, talk about the benefits of Sea Haven.
• Educate visitors about the neighborhood and surrounding area.
• Communicate with the Sales Offices any prospects that will be touring models.
• Ensure that there are community brochures to give to visitors.
• Make sure that there are supplies for guests. Such as coffee, waters, snacks etc.
• Follow opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure that the Cove stays tidy throughout the day.
• Professional dress.
• Assist with Sales and Marketing when needed.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 – especially Outlook
• Shifts from 6 to 8 hrs. We are open from:
  • 9:30am-5:30pm Sunday - Thursday
  • 9:30am-8:00pm Friday and Saturday
