The Science Team at Russell Tobin & Associates supports the Engineering team that has an opening for Clinical Trial Disclosure and Transparency Manager(Remote)!

Overview:

We are seeking a Manager, Clinical Trial Disclosure and Transparency to support clinical trial registration and disclosure activities globally, in accordance with applicable regulations and internal policies. Reporting into the Office of the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), this role ensures timely and accurate public disclosure of clinical trials and results and helps maintain compliance with global transparency standards.

This role can be 100% remote but requires candidates to be based in the Eastern Time Zone . Occasional onsite presence in King of Prussia, PA is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute global clinical trial registration and results disclosure in compliance with regulations (e.g., FDAAA801, EU CTR 536/2014) and CSL SOPs.
  • Manage clinical trial disclosure systems and provide guidance to project teams on registration timelines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Medical Writing, Clinical Development, Legal, and Communications to align on transparency outputs.
  • Develop layperson summaries for patients and regulatory submission as required.
  • Ensure consistency between public registries, publications, and internal records.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams to produce high-quality, timely disclosures.
  • Support continuous improvement of internal disclosure processes and documentation.
  • Monitor, interpret, and apply evolving global disclosure regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, medical, or pharmaceutical field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical development or regulatory affairs.
  • Hands-on experience with clinical trial registration and results disclosure across international platforms (e.g., ClinicalTrials.gov, EudraCT).
  • Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP , FDA , EMA , and other regulatory bodies’ transparency requirements.
  • Familiarity with industry publication standards (e.g., ICMJE).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively across teams.

Additional Details:

Duration: 12 month- could potentially extend

Pay range: $58.00 - $79.00 /hour on W2

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
