We are currently seeking a Full-time and Part-time Clinical Psychologists to join our community of care—a space that values clinical excellence, peer support, and equity in mental health access.

What You’ll Do:

As a Clinical Psychologist, you will:

  • Provide in-person and telehealth psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
  • Conduct psychological assessments as needed
  • Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team with open consultation and support
  • Maintain timely and clinically sound documentation
  • Participate in peer case consultations and team-based learning
  • Support a culture of clinical excellence, mutual respect, and belonging

What You’ll Need:

  • Doctor’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
  • Active CA BBS license (PsyDs)
  • Strong commitment to building therapeutic relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A desire to grow within a private clinic organization

Additional Full Time Benefits:

Rates:

Licensed Psychologist: $90 per clinical hour

Work Set-up: Remote & Hybrid - one to two days a week to provide in- person therapy.
