Clinic Nurse Manager (RN) | Erie, PA | Direct Hire

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day clinic operations to ensure high-quality participant care
• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing and clinical team members
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and daily resource allocation
• Direct care planning from assessment through treatment and follow-up
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, providers, and leadership to coordinate participant care
• Maintain compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and quality standards

What You’ll Need

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong skills in staff management, scheduling, and operations
• Experience in geriatric or community-based care preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Valid driver’s license
