We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to support our Client Success Team. In this role, you will engage directly with hospitals and their clients, ensuring satisfaction with Nest’s services and identifying opportunities for improvement. You’ll work closely with Nest's leadership team to serve veterinary organizations across the U.S., helping to create a successful experience for pets and their parents.

This is a full-time, US Based remote position. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, technical support to veterinary hospital care team members. 
• Collaborate with partners in developing high-quality pet wellness plans.
• Ensure accurate input and display of wellness plans to pet parents. 
• Facilitate technical onboarding processes and manage client information.
• Track tasks and process from partner sign on to launching wellness plans in their location. 
• Support client marketing initiatives. 
• Provide assistance to clinic staff through training, documentation, and direct support.
• Gather and relay feedback to inform product development and enhancements.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance for product updates and features.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field 
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Veterinary Medicine 
• 3 years previous experience in operations, project management, or client support roles.
• Strong proficiency in Google Drive and experience with CRM or project management tools. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
