Job Description

:

The Client Account Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding and maintenance of campaigns.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Working with marketing and firm partners to facilitate the onboarding of new campaigns.
  • Maintaining and updating existing campaigns
  • Organizing and assisting with process improvement
  • Coordinating with multiple departments within the company and other organizations
  • Analyze and provide feedback on campaign performance.
  • Communicates with clients to handle inquiries professionally and accurately.
  • Troubleshoot API errors and issues and escalate as needed.
  • Import and export reporting and leads for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • You must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have comprehensive technical skills
  • Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
