:
The Client Account Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding and maintenance of campaigns.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Working with marketing and firm partners to facilitate the onboarding of new campaigns.
- Maintaining and updating existing campaigns
- Organizing and assisting with process improvement
- Coordinating with multiple departments within the company and other organizations
- Analyze and provide feedback on campaign performance.
- Communicates with clients to handle inquiries professionally and accurately.
- Troubleshoot API errors and issues and escalate as needed.
- Import and export reporting and leads for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have comprehensive technical skills
- Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
Requirements:
