Job summary
The Claims Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day administrative duties involving maritime claims management. The Claims Assistant provides customer support, performs clerical and administrative duties, and interfaces with claimants, medical providers, and clients, while training to develop relevant knowledge and skills necessary to assist with maritime claims resolutions. The Claims Assistant will work with co-workers and clients to gather required documentation and information related to maritime insurance claims, on instruction from insurers and insureds, to seek their efficient resolution .
The position is hybrid. Employees report to headquarters office in Cherry Hill, NJ one day a week and as required.
