Location : Hybrid 3x a wk onsite in Charlotte, NC

Duration : 12mo+ contract

Top Requirements:

  • Advanced Excel skills (xLookups, vLookups, etc.) with screen sharing during the interview

Job Description and Responsibilities:

Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist with strong experience in stakeholder analysis, training strategy, and communication planning. This role requires identifying opportunities for process improvement, generating solutions, and ensuring clear and consistent messaging throughout the change process. The ideal candidate will conduct stakeholder analysis, develop and implement training strategies, and deliver compelling presentations to leadership and executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute communication strategies to ensure effective engagement during the change process
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis to understand the impact of changes and ensure effective engagement
  • Develop and implement training strategies to support the adoption of new technologies and processes
  • Conduct business analysis and engagement to gather requirements and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Deliver compelling presentations to leadership and executives, effectively communicating the value proposition of proposed changes
  • Implement Change Management standards and procedures
  • Create executive presentations and report on change management activities
  • Manage and maintain testing-related documentation, including test plans and project plans
  • Coordinate tracking problems and communicate solutions
  • Provide guidance to mid-level and junior-level resources, assisting leads and managers
  • Maintain an executive-level presence and contribute to innovative ideas

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 5-7 years of Change Management or Project Management experience
  • 5-7 years of banking domain experience
  • 3-4 years of governance experience
  • University degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working on projects using mature Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and models (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative, etc.)
  • 5-8 years of experience in change management
  • At least 2 years of project management/lead experience
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) with large data sets
  • Experience using JIRA, Confluence, Remedy, and Test Management Systems
  • JQL within Jira and other applications
  • Working experience in a global organization with an onshore/offshore model
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • A team player, self-starter, and quick learner
