Job Description

Our client, a global organization, is seeking a seasoned Change Management Consultant to lead the change strategy and execution for a key transformation initiative aimed at modernizing its financial reporting processes. Currently, these processes are highly manual and vary across business units, leading to inefficiencies and delays in accessing critical data. To resolve this, the organization is implementing Global Performance Management Dashboards to streamline reporting, eliminate redundancies, and provide faster, more accurate insights for business leaders. The dashboards will first be deployed in Sigma, then transitioned to Pigment, a unified platform to be adopted enterprise-wide across finance, business, and functional teams.

The consultant will play a pivotal role in driving successful adoption by applying structured change management methodologies to promote stakeholder alignment, ensure user readiness, and build sustainable adoption strategies. This work will be done in close collaboration with the project team and the internal Change Management Center of Excellence (CoE).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align change management activities with key project milestones
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and develop communication and training plans
  • Deliver engaging communications that drive leadership alignment and employee adoption
  • Build and manage a change agent network to support ongoing engagement
  • Provide coaching and support to financial leadership and key stakeholders
  • Identify learning needs and create strategies to improve user proficiency
  • Monitor change-related risks and resistance; develop mitigation and reinforcement strategies
  • Share updates with the Change Management CoE and project team; capture and report post-implementation outcomes and success stories

Qualifications:

  • Proven change management expertise with certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, Kotter, or similar)
  • Solid financial acumen , with prior experience in financial reporting environments
  • Experience with digital transformation projects and comfort with modern technologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead across functions
  • Ability to work independently while building relationships and driving results

Ideal Consultant Characteristics:

  • A proactive, strategic thinker who offers insights and guidance, not just execution
  • Confident working with all levels of stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Self-directed and resourceful, with the ability to collaborate and get work done through others
  • Willing to share knowledge and lessons learned to support organizational growth

Additional Information:

  • No direct reports
  • Laptop and software access provided by the organization
  • AI tool usage not permitted on this engagement
  • Required tools: Microsoft Suite (latest version preferred)

Start Date: Early September 2025

Duration: 2 years

Hours: 40 hours, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST

Location: Remote
