Role Description

We are growing and are looking for a motivated, dependable, and patient focused Pharmacy Technician to join our team. Whether you are an experienced technician or newly certified, this is an opportunity to be part of a locally owned, community centered pharmacy that values its people and treats its team like family.

Schedule Overview

Flex scheduling working full day shifts 4 days a week

Rotating Saturdays 9 to 2

What You Will Do

• Assist with prescription entry, filling, labeling, and verification processes
• Deliver excellent customer service to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers
• Work collaboratively with pharmacists and coworkers to maintain efficient workflow
• Provide support for long-term care medication packaging as needed
• Assist with inventory, ordering, restocking, and maintaining a clean work environment
• Resolve insurance issues, help with prior authorization information, and troubleshoot claims
• Utilize PioneerRx software for daily tasks (experience preferred but not required)

What We are Looking For

• NC Board of Pharmacy–registered Pharmacy Technician or CPhT
• Strong attention to detail & accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Experience with PioneerRx is a plus
• Retail or LTC pharmacy experience preferred
