Job Description: Title: Certified Medical Assistant Location: Milwaukee Wisconsin 53212 Duration: 3+ Months Contract Monday thru Friday 0745-1630 JOB DESCRIPTION Outpatient family clinic seeing peds, adults, and geriatrics (approx. 200-300 pts/day). Wellness, sick visits, vaccinations, minor procedures (suture removals), INR, IUDs, Nexplanon, hypertension clinic led by RNs. Clinic has 40 beds, MA will be assigned to a provider. Any solid color scrub acceptable. Free parking onsite. Urgent care is on site but separate from Family Practice. Candidate MUST HAVE: ~1 year MA experience in clinic setting ~ Pediatric experience (specifically Pedi vaccines) ~ Active BLS (AHA) ~ Ambulatory EPIC experience Additional Skills required: experience giving injections (ex: vaccines, Depo, testosterone, Toradol, Rocephin); comfortable calling patients for normal test results. Able to obtain A1C, room patients, take vitals, gather medical history, med rec, setting up for cultures
