🏥 Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)

Global Performance Group is seeking a dynamic, driven Certified Athletic Trainer to join our elite sports medicine and performance team. Our practice specializes in working with high-level athletes, executives, and motivated individuals pursuing peak performance and long-term health.

💪 About the Role:

As an ATC at Global Performance Group, you’ll play a key role in injury prevention, evaluation, and return-to-play strategies for a wide range of athletic populations. You’ll work closely with our sports medicine doctors, strength specialists, and recovery team to deliver individualized, high-impact care.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Provide on-site athletic training coverage for athletes and teams (high school, college, pro)
• Implement rehab and corrective exercise programs
• Conduct injury evaluations, functional assessments, and manual therapy interventions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on complex cases
• Educate clients on prevention, recovery, and performance best practices

✅ Requirements:

• NATA BOC Certification
• Georgia AT license (or ability to obtain)
• 1+ years experience in athletic or clinical setting preferred
• Skilled in orthopedic evaluation, rehab exercise, and soft tissue/manual techniques
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Passion for performance, movement, and athlete care

• Background in performance training, sports science, or chiropractic/PT settings
• Experience working with baseball, tennis, or rotational athletes
• Proficiency in recovery tech (e.g., BFR, TECAR, force plate, etc.)
