CDL Class B Driver – Local & Regional Routes (Direct Hire)

Location: Chicago, IL (Warehouse in Elk Grove Village, Illinois)

Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Pay: $26.00 – $28.00/hour (based on experience)

Bonus Pay: Up to $450 per out-of-state trip

About the Role

We’re hiring experienced CDL Class B Drivers to join a growing team focused on professionalism, safety, and reliability. This full-time, direct-hire position offers consistent local and regional routes, competitive pay, and bonus incentives for out-of-state deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver products across IL, WI, IA, MI, and MO (within a 550-mile radius)
• Earn $150–$450 bonuses per qualifying trip (e.g., WI: $150 | IA/MI/MO: $450)
• Complete deliveries using invoices, manifests, and company-issued equipment
• Capture delivery photos, secure signatures, and collect non-cash payments
• Occasionally handle return pickups (with advance notice)
• Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and follow DOT regulations
• Occasional overnight stays (lodging covered by the company)

What We’re Looking For

• Valid CDL Class B license
• 3+ years of commercial driving experience
• Clean MVR; no recent violations or substance-related issues
• Ability to lift, load/unload, and use pallet jacks or forklifts (cert preferred)
• Dependable, safety-focused, and customer-oriented

Schedule

Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Occasional overtime/weekend shifts as needed

Mix of local and regional deliveries with clear route planning
