CC&B Admin (Oracle Customer Care Billing Administration, Golden Gate)

Job Description:

• Must have at least one CC&B implementation experience with end-to-end implementation experience.
• Experience with SQL statements tuning.
• Knowledge of the methods, tools and techniques used to evaluate, select, develop, test, implement, integrate and troubleshoot systems software and hardware of all types.
• Ability to install configuration, deployment upgrading, patching, system monitoring, performance analysis and tuning of Oracle CC&B v2.5 or C2M.
• Strong knowledge of JVM and Oracle Weblogic.
• Strong knowledge Oracle CC&B architecture and configuration.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues and problems for CC&B application with appropriate monitoring.
• Solid Oracle 12c database knowledge including backup/recovery, exports, maintenance, monitoring and support team activities.
• Strong Java/UNIX scripting and PL/SQL programming skills.
• Ability to coordinate with appropriate teams to fully support the CC&B implementation.
• Very good Written and Oral Communications Skills.
• Knowledge and experience in Golden gate.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from [$110,000] to [$130,000]. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
