What you’ll do:

Book loads/cover freight with carriers (including carrier vetting and negotiation) for the assigned customers sales team by various methods including inbound and outbound phone calls, posting loads to freight boards, etc.
Build carrier relationships to establish carrier capacity that supports customer service and profitability
Manage loads from dispatch to delivery and provide needed updates to customer sales team per company procedure
Resolve issues with carriers/loads as they arise and communicate them to the customer sales team and outside stakeholders if necessary.

What you need:

1 -3 years 3PL Sale or Operations Experience preferred
Availability to work full-time, 100% in-office
Must be willing to work outside of the 8AM-5PM Mon-Fri business hours when the job requires it
Build and maintain relationships with people over the phone
Must be organized and excel at multitasking
Prior experience welcome but not required -- we provide training from the ground up!
