YOUR ROLE: For day-to-day success, you will…

🛠 Construct high-quality scenic elements based on fabrication drawings.

📏 Work with a variety of materials including wood, metal, and composites.

🔧 Collaborate with designers and fabricators to bring projects to life.

🏗 Ensure builds are structurally sound, efficient, and meet design intent.

Problem-solve challenges in construction and assembly.

📊 Track project progress and maintain high standards of craftsmanship.

 

IN YOUR BACK POCKET: We’re looking for someone with…

- 2+ years of experience in scenic carpentry or custom fabrication.

- Strong woodworking skills with a deep understanding of tools and techniques.

- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and shop plans.

- Great problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong teamwork and communication skills—collaboration is key!

- A passion for craftsmanship—you take pride in the details!
