Compassionate Care Community Services, LLC provides residential and day services for adults with special needs.

Role Description

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team! At Compassionate Care, we provide day and residential services to adults with Special Needs. As an employee at Compassionate Care, you would be responsible for cooking, cleaning, showering, providing restroom supports/toileting, and administering medications to our consumers. Staff also assist in transporting our consumers in the community and other duties as assigned.

Full time staff members are eligible for health, vision, and dental after 90 days!!!

Full time staff members are eligible for 10K of life insurance for FREE after 90 days!

Qualifications

• Experience in providing care and assistance to individuals in need
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to care plans
• Previous experience in healthcare or caregiving roles is beneficial
