Job Description

Are you a creative, detail-oriented designer with strong sales skills and a passion for helping customers bring their dream spaces to life? We’re looking for a Cabinet & Countertop Designer / Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients from concept through installation, delivering exceptional cabinetry and countertop solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with clients to discuss design goals, style preferences, and budget.
• Conduct site visits to measure spaces and assess project requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on cabinetry and countertop design options, materials, finishes, and functionality.
• Create detailed cabinet designs using 20/20 or other cabinet design systems.
• Recommend countertop materials, edge profiles, and layouts that complement cabinetry designs.
• Revise and refine designs based on client feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare and present professional proposals, including pricing and timelines.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales confidently and effectively.
• Manage client relationships throughout the design and installation process.
• Coordinate with suppliers, fabricators, contractors, and installers to ensure accurate, timely project completion.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cabinet and/or countertop design and sales.
• Proficiency with 20/20 or comparable cabinet design systems.
• Strong knowledge of cabinetry construction, countertop materials, and finishes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales and negotiation ability.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
