Job Description

Our client is a global, research-driven pharmaceutical manufacturer focusing on treatment options for diseases and conditions for which there is no satisfactory treatment option to date. The company is looking for a remote Business Analyst to join their team!

Pay : $91-$97/hr DOE

Schedule: 1st shift Eastern hours

Location : Ridgefield, CT; can be remote

Type of Job: Year-long assignment with possibility of extending or becoming permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct advanced analytics to support brand planning, marketing mix modeling, ROI analysis, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Perform customer segmentation, profiling, and predictive modeling to improve marketing and sales targeting.
  • Analyze large, de-identified patient claims data sets to identify business insights and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to develop and refine tactics across personal, digital, and virtual channels.
  • Support brand planning, field force evolution, and digital marketing optimization with data-driven recommendations.
  • Contribute to forecasting and long-term commercial strategy through analytical insights.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings and strategic recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Integrate insights from multiple functions including marketing research, forecasting, and digital analytics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7 or more years of relevant analytical experience, or Master’s degree with 5 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience working with pharmaceutical data sources and analytical methodologies.
  • Strong experience analyzing large, de-identified patient claims datasets (preferred).
  • Prior experience working within a large pharmaceutical manufacturer (preferred).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in developing, documenting, and communicating analytical plans.
  • Expertise in multivariate statistical analysis, promotional response modeling, and predictive analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with digital analytics across non-personal marketing tactics such as email, banner, mobile, and alerts.
  • Ability to perform in-campaign analytics to measure and improve marketing performance.
  • Proficiency with R, Python, SAS, SQL, and data visualization in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be available to work regular business hours aligned with the Eastern Time Zone (EST).
