Job Description

We are currently looking for Business Analyst for our Client, American multinational technology company. This role will suit a candidate with a strong operations background who has a demonstrated analytical ability within a dynamic and fast-moving environment.

You will be responsible for identifying and analyzing trends, developing measurable ways to drive efficiency and process improvement. You will partner both internally and cross-functionally to develop insights into existing processes and business problems to develop a path forward. Analyze strategic data for gaps in execution and process. Create, validate, and maintain reporting to strengthen our management system. Present executive summaries of key data, metrics and improvement plans to management and cross-functional partners.

Key Qualifications

• A successful candidate will have +5 years of Operations experience. Logistics experience preferred.
• Self-starter with outstanding analytical capabilities, demonstrated experience with data preparation and visualization.
• Strong business savvy and collaboration skills, ability to use data to influence and tell a story.
• Problem solves to manage ambiguity and can rapidly understand complex business processes and details.
• Prioritizes workload, managing multiple and often competing tasks, and meets deadlines for a variety of deliverables.
• Recognize patterns and root cause/sub-root cause analysis and provide recommendations on how to improve.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated, able to function effectively when working independently or in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communicator, with the ability to tailor the communications to the audience.

This is a contract (W2) position (6 months).

Pay rate: $45-55/hr.

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid).
