We are looking for a highly skilled Bench Jeweler to join our team. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do

• Set diamonds and gemstones with precision across a range of jewelry, including studs, tennis bracelets, necklaces, and one-of-a-kind pieces.
• Execute fine jewelry assembly, sizing, soldering, laser welding, polishing, and finishing work to luxury standards.
• Work closely with our production and quality teams to ensure each piece meets our exacting specifications.
• Inspect and repair jewelry to maintain the integrity of each piece.
• Handle intricate work on platinum, gold, and other precious metals.
• Maintain an organized and clean bench with proper care of tools and materials.
• Uphold the David Weisz craftsmanship standards at every stage of the process.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bench jeweler in fine jewelry.
• Exceptional stone setting skills (prong, bezel, pave, micro pave, channel, and shared prong).
• Experience working with platinum and 18K gold.
• Deep understanding of diamond jewelry and finishing techniques.
• High attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining top-quality standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Laser welding experience is a plus.
