Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Solution Architect with a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions on AWS. This role requires a strong foundation in AWS services, cloud architecture, and leadership abilities to drive teams toward successful project completion. As an AWS Solution Architect, you will leverage your expertise in AWS technologies to build innovative solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional level)
- AWS Certified Developer - Associate
- Experience with Scrum Agile methodologies
- Proficiency with AWS native services, including databases such as Postgres, MongoDB, etc.
- Strong coding skills in languages such as Python, Node.js, Java
- Expertise in AWS microservices architecture
- Experience with AWS Micro Frontends
- Excellent documentation skills for creating clear and comprehensive technical documentation
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams

Additional Preferred Skills:
- AWS Certified Database Specialty (preferred)
- AWS Certified Security Specialty (preferred)
- AWS Certified Networking Specialty (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of AWS cloud solutions, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to deliver high-quality solutions using AWS services and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation on architectures, solutions, and processes.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of AWS solutions.
- Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture and solution design, with a focus on AWS
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and tools, along with a strong understanding of cloud security, networking, and architecture patterns
- Strong leadership and communication skills to guide cross-functional teams
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 40,000.00 140,000.00 Per Year
