Job Description

Fleet Response provides claims management, accident management, drivers safety training, and subrogation services with a focus on customer and technology. Built from an insurance background, we helped to create today’s risk-conscious model of fleet and accident management. We help our clients manage risk by working to reduce accidents, mitigating the cost of collisions repairs, reducing downtime during repairs and maximizing reimbursement through subrogation.

Job Summary

Collision Repair Adjusters/ Collision Estimator at Fleet Response audit and write collision estimate for accuracy using industry and manufacturers standards of repair. Other duties include writing in-house estimates for repairs as requested by our clients. Reviewed supplements provided by our Network Vendors and remediate any issues during the repair process so that we meet our completion date.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Audit and write collision estimates for accuracy using industry standards of repair.
  • Ability to negotiate an agreed blueprint of repairs with collision centers.
  • Ability to determine repairs or salvage options for economical or structural total loss.
  • Work closely with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure vehicles are repaired correctly and in a timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Heavy Duty Truck experience is a plus

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years as a Collision Estimator, Insurance Adjuster or Repair Technician.
  • Proficiency in Mitchell Could Estimating platform
  • ASE Certified or ability to obtain certification.
  • The candidate should be able to talk through a repair estimate to address any concerns the client may have.

Competencies Preferred Know, Skills and Abilities

  • I-Car Trained.
  • Outstanding written, verbal and phone skills.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. The hours of work are 8:00am to 5:00pm with reasonable flexibility and work from home opportunities.
