We are seeking a motivated attorney with civil litigation experience to join our team. This is a full-time remote role open to candidates who reside anywhere in California . The Associate will be responsible for attending court hearings , conducting legal research , drafting legal motions , taking and defending depositions , and performing other litigation-related tasks as needed. Candidates must be licensed in California and have strong research, writing, and communication skills.
