Job Description

Job Title: Litigation Attorney

Location: Plainville, MA 02762

Permanent Position

Requirements:

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Massachusetts Bar, member in good standing; admission in the Rhode Island and New Hampshire Bars preferred.
At least 3-5 year of practice – civil litigation/trial experience, with preference given to candidates that possess experience in the area of residential or commercial real estate, foreclosure, FDCPA, RESPA, and TILA claims, as well as creditor rights generally.
Computer savvy and experience with the Microsoft Suite of programs, case management software; strong court room appearance; civil jury or non-jury trial experience; keen attention to detail; organized; ability to multi-task; possess strong work ethic and willingness to be part of a team.
