You’ll be responsible for negotiating and drafting information technology and healthcare agreements, advising clients on current privacy and security frameworks and requirements, as well as data use and data sharing across multiple jurisdictions, and advising clients on healthcare laws that impact provider contracting and healthcare services. You’ll have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and work on cutting-edge legal issues that impact people in their daily lives.

We hire and evaluate from our Core Values. Does this describe you?:
The listed salary is based on (1) three years of relevant legal experience in handling healthcare, information technology, and data privacy and security transactions and regulatory matters, and (2) your ability to immediately produce billable work in these practice areas. We are open to considering candidates with less experience in these practice areas; however, the salary will be adjusted downward to align with relevant legal experience.
At Melnik Legal, we care about you succeeding at our firm. In order for Melnik Legal to understand your skill levels and personality, we ask all candidates to take a skills and personality assessment .
