Gerber Ciano Kelly Brady LLP is seeking an Associate Attorney in its Garden City, New York office. Candidate should have 2–5 years’ experience in construction defect and property damage litigation , including disputes under Administrative Code Section 3309 .
This position requires a high level of motivation, flexibility, initiative, and the ability to manage a litigation caseload from beginning to end. The ideal candidate should have experience in litigation matters, the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, strong and professional communication skills, and be friendly and outgoing. While the candidate will work primarily in the firm’s Garden City location, he or she will also interact and work on matters across the firm’s footprint. Salary is commensurate with experience and skill set. The position includes a full benefits package, including health, life, short-term and long-term disability insurance, 401(k), flexible work options, and paid time off.
For New York City Applicants: Salary range is $35.00 - $70.00/hr. ($72,800.00 - $145,600.00), with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. The actual salary offered will be based on the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
