As an Assistant Retail Manager for our tasting room, you will create a welcoming and positive environment by maintaining a clean, organized, and well-maintained space. You will bring detailed knowledge of Kane Brewing's products and oversee part-time Tasting Room Associates, ensuring they deliver engaging and educational experiences about our brand, history, and the craft brewing process. You will provide exceptional, hospitable customer service and uphold Kane Brewing’s standards by ensuring the beer served represents the highest quality. Your leadership will foster a comforting atmosphere that enhances customer satisfaction and promotes Kane Brewing’s values.
