Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Assistant Community Director to support our South Bay portfolio, specifically in San Jose and Mountain View, CA . This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who is passionate about property operations, resident satisfaction, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to meet financial goals through analysis and reporting
• Maintain property quality, curb appeal, and conduct routine inspections
• Address resident concerns and ensure compliance with housing laws and regulations
• Support maintenance programs and assist in executing capital improvement projects
• Implement leasing strategies and manage site-specific marketing plans
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and stakeholders
• Foster a positive work environment aligned with company objectives

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Property Management
• Strong analytical and multitasking abilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
