Job Title: Electronic Assembler

Job Description:

As an Electronic Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and soldering electronic components and subassemblies according to technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. This role requires strong attention to detail, steady hands, and the ability to work with small parts and precision tools.

Shift: 5PM - 3:30AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and install electronic components, such as resistors, capacitors, circuit boards, and wiring harnesses.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work orders.
• Perform soldering, crimping, and wire routing to meet production specifications.
• Inspect and test assembled parts to ensure quality and functionality.
• Identify and correct assembly or wiring errors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in electronic or component assembly preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and follow written or verbal instructions.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of hand tools, soldering equipment, and measurement instruments.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced production or assembly setting.
• May require standing for long periods and working with small components.
