Job Description

Project Manager/Project Architect

Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Garmann Miller is seeking a full-time project manager/project architect to join our Cleveland, Ohio, area team. This role is ideal for a professional with 5–10 years of experience who can lead project coordination, client communication, and design execution across multiple sectors, with a focus on K–12 and public architecture.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all project phases from concept through construction
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and design teams
  • Communicate project goals, deadlines, and technical requirements
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
  • Oversee development of construction documents and ensure quality control
  • Interpret and apply building and zoning codes
  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders

Experience/Certifications:

  • Degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management (preferred)
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience (K–12, municipal, healthcare, or commercial architecture preferred)
  • Proficiency in Revit and building information modeling (BIM)
  • Strong knowledge of design development, detailing, and construction documentation
  • Familiarity with construction techniques and contracts
  • Architectural license a plus
