Apprentice Tech

 

Location: This role is fully onsite in our Fort Worth, TX location.

This is 2nd shift - 2 pm - 10:30 pm

About the role

 

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Technician to join our computer lab team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and eager to learn. No prior certifications are required, but a strong interest in IT and a willingness to develop new skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software.
  • Support the IT team in managing network configurations and ensuring optimal performance.
  • Help with the installation and updating of software applications.
  • Maintain an organized and clean lab environment.
  • Document and report any technical issues or malfunctions.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills.
  • Move pallets and racks of equipment between logistics and lab
  • Unbox and scan returned equipment
  • Perform OEM diagnostics for returned devices
  • Repair and clean used hardware
  • Box and tape completed equipment
