We're looking for a motivated Apparel Production Runner to join our Production team.

Job Summary:

The primary role of the Apparel Production Runner is to move and deliver produced items and to assist the Production Team in other necessary tasks. They will also assist in office and related tasks and errands as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Physically take garments, rolls of fabric, boxes supplies and trims to and from vendors to necessary locations
• Make sure vendors have all supplies needed, replenish as needed and notify production team of any low inventories/need for reorder (labels, boxes, poly bags, etc)
• Keep track of all packing lists for each delivery, make sure packing lists match what is being transported and flag any major discrepancies
• Keep warehouses, atelier and office as needed organized for efficiency and easy location of items
• Run other errands and complete admin tasks for the Production team as needed
• Assist with office organization, maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Run office related errands as required

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid drivers license, operational cell phone and reliable transportation
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must be able to lift or move up to 80 lbs using proper lifting techniques
• Thorough knowledge of the local area, including area businesses & locations
• Safe driving habits are extremely important
• Friendly and personable, works well with others
• Excellent listening skills: ability to take direction and understand assignments quickly
• Self-motivated individual who possesses a “can do/hands on” work style
• Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet both indoors and outdoors
• Spanish speaking preferred
