Data Analyst- Position Overview: Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Specialist who will be responsible for managing and optimizing Excel-based processes and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Excel functions and formulas, a strong background in financials as well as the ability to analyze data effectively and create reports to reflect KPIs. Responsibilities: • Develop, maintain, and optimize complex Excel spreadsheets and models to support various business functions. • Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and understand the needs of different departments. • Perform data analysis using Excel to extract insights and support decision-making. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing validation checks and quality assurance measures. • Provide training and support to colleagues on Excel best practices and techniques. • Stay updated on new Excel features and functionalities to continuously improve processes. • Measure qualitative and quantitative data.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field OR equivalent work experience.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish • Proven experience (3-5 years) as an Excel Specialist or similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate large datasets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with other data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
• A strong mathematic or financial background is imperative.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (30-40 hours per week) Hybrid Schedule 2 Days in the office
Pay Rate: $70,000
