Duties and responsibilities

We are seeking a talented and experienced AI product designer to drive cutting-edge product design and innovation in the field of intelligent mobility. As a core member of the design team, you will be committed to deeply integrating state-of-the-art AI technology with user requests to create product experiences that combine innovation, practicality, and commercial value. This position requires close collaboration with global technology, product, engineering, and research teams to jointly build next-generation intelligent products and mobility solutions.

• Create the next generation of AI products integrated with travel scenarios, design product features that are practical and valuable to users, and drive product strategy and technological innovation;
• Lead the AI product design process, including requirements analysis, conceptual design, interactive prototype, testing iteration, and implementation verification;
• Build AI product design solutions for autonomous driving, intelligent cockpit, voice interaction, or MultiModal Machine Learning experience;
• Track global technological trends in the fields of AI and intelligent mobility, and translate cutting-edge research into design opportunities;
• Promote design standardization and systematization to improve the efficiency and consistency of AI product design;
• Balance user requests, technical feasibility, and business objectives in design decisions;
• Lead design reviews and cross-team communication, clearly articulate design logic and value.

Requirements

Education/Experience Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, Automotive, Industry Design, Game Development, Computer Science, AI or related fields. with more than 3 years of experience in AI or technology product design;
• Has work experience in AI technology companies, and is familiar with the product development processes and innovation models of cutting-edge technology enterprises;
• Has design experience in AI-related products (such as generative AI, autonomous driving, intelligent assistants, voice interaction, etc.), and is able to independently complete the design and delivery of complex AI hardware product functions;
• Possesses strategic and systematic thinking, capable of driving product innovation and achieving business goals through design;
• Excellent English communication skills, able to adapt to cross-cultural and cross-time zone teamwork.
