• Hourly pay: $55 - $65/hr
• Worksite: Leading professional development and networking company (Sunnyvale, CA 94085 - Hybrid, Must be onsite on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays)

A leading professional networking company seeks an AI Linguist . The successful candidate will focus on AI quality, evaluation, and annotation, and contribute to the annotation/human judgment pipeline development that lies at the foundation of our AI model development and improvement. AI Lin guist Responsibilities:

• Design and execute solutions for AI quality, evaluation, and annotation.
• Leverage Generative AI prompting, human input, and hybrid approaches in the development of scalable and high-quality human judgment workflows.
• Conduct data-driven analysis and provide linguistic insights for project development.
• Maximize productivity, process efficiency, and quality through streamlined workflows, process standardization, and documentation.
• Perform continuous evaluations of the agentic products and report findings.

AI Ling uist Qualifications:

• 2+ years relevant industry experience.
• 2+ years of experience with large-scale, end-to-end human judgment flows and tools for the training/evaluation of AI models.
• 2+ years of experience to break down linguistic data requirements into concise, clear instructions and designs.
• 2+ years of experience programming in Python.
• B.S./B.A Degree in Computational Linguistics, Language Technologies, Linguistics, Speech Science or a related field.
• MS or Ph.D. in Computational Linguistics, Language Technologies, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience with agentic products is a strong plus and is preferred.
• Experience with human judgment projects and flows is preferred.
• Experience with complex and scalable data annotations and evaluations is preferred.
• Experience with programming languages in the data annotation space is preferred.
• Willingness to learn technical concepts and new tools, and a keen interest in technology.

Shift:

• 8 hours per day; ideal start time 9:00 AM (Flexible).
