Role Description

Fast paced independent insurance agency seeking highly motivated individual. Someone who is organized, self-motivated, and professional. 

This person will be responsible for all customer service in the agency and this position requires great customer service skills. To work with the existing book of business to serve the client’s needs while having good marketing strategies to best protect their portfolio. This position requires you to be a problem solver, results driven, and customer service focused individual. Work in a positive happy environment with potential for growth. This is not sales position, however you would support the sales team. Ability to work from home and selected days. Salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representative, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• Be able to think outside the box to come up with solutions
• Computer skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize customer needs
• Be comfortable working with a team and/or alone in the office
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Will need to P&C licensed or working towards licensing
