Job Description

My client is looking for an Advanced Services Technician. This role is in Honolulu HI.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Low-Voltage Technician or similar background
• Strong technical/computer skills.
• Basic understanding of AV systems and network cabling.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret technical documents.
• Comfortable with both supervised and independent work.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret scopes of work (SOW) from our partners and clients ensuring a thorough understanding of project requirements
• Coordinate and interface with various support teams to ensure AV service requests are programmed and tested effectively
• Collaborate closely with the AV Project Manager and progressively take on more independent responsibilities
• Assist onsite with AV tasks as per the project SOW, while reporting to the on-site Lead.
