Job Description

My client is looking for an Advanced Services Technician. This role is in Honolulu HI.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience as a Low-Voltage Technician or similar background
Strong technical/computer skills.
Basic understanding of AV systems and network cabling.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret technical documents.
Comfortable with both supervised and independent work.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and interpret scopes of work (SOW) from our partners and clients ensuring a thorough understanding of project requirements
Coordinate and interface with various support teams to ensure AV service requests are programmed and tested effectively
Collaborate closely with the AV Project Manager and progressively take on more independent responsibilities
Assist onsite with AV tasks as per the project SOW, while reporting to the on-site Lead.
