A services organization in New Jersey is looking to fill an immediate need with the addition of a new Administrative Assistant / Medical Floater to join their growing team in Essex County.

About the Opportunity:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Assignment Length: 6+ months
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 7am to 3:30pm or 7:30am to 4pm

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling appointments
• Pulling drug reports and filing drug screens
• Reviewing files and organizing files
• Barcoding charts
• Performing data entry
• Updating spreadsheets on statuses
• Pulling and copying records
• Handling other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 6/+ months of experience in an Administrative, Clerical, and/or a related role
• High School Diploma / GED
• Computer savvy and Data Entry skills
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Solid problem solving and time management skills
• Exceptional phone etiquette
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

Desired Skills:

• Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
• Past experience in a Medical Office setting
