Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team onsite in our Bonita Springs office. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the management team by handling administrative tasks, ensuring documentation is up to date, assisting with communication and coordination, and contributing to the overall smooth flow of operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and be a self-starter.

Duties:

  • Coordinating tickets, and reports
  • Answering emails, phones
  • Reports directly to the COO of the company

Requirements:

  • Customer service/Admin experience of 3-5+ years
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Communication proficiency/Self-Starter
  • Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) proficiency/Ability to scan files into the system
  • Must have Drivers License and willing to travel 25%
