📣 We're Hiring: Administrative Assistant

📍 On-site | Hudson, WI 54016

💼 Full Time | Entry Level

💲 $18 per hour

Looking to start your career in a dynamic office environment? We’re hiring a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support plant leadership and help keep daily operations on track.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist the Plant Manager and Personnel Director with administrative tasks
  • Check and manage the mail
  • Create and distribute the monthly meeting calendar
  • Send Outlook calendar invites and schedule conference room meetings
  • Submit payment for bills as required
  • Receive product in SAP
  • Update and maintain the organizational chart and internal phone list
  • Order and manage employee ID badges
  • Coordinate food orders for plant visits and celebrations
  • Help with new hire onboarding activities
  • Submit the Salary Overtime Report
  • Provide backup support for the Dealer Liaison, Quality Supervisor, MR Supervisor, and IC Clerk

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous office or administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Strong typing and data entry skills
  • Experience with calendar and scheduling management
