Senior Administrative Assistant

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite) - downtown Pittsburgh

A well-established organization in downtown Pittsburgh is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join its Information Systems team. This role is ideal for a dependable and organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and screen incoming phone calls, including Helpdesk triage
• Manage department invoicing and billing follow-ups
• Coordinate mobile device orders and activations (corporate account)
• Support office telecom and internet logistics
• Per
• form general administrative duties including ordering supplies, filing, and schedule coordination

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with invoice tracking and basic tech/device coordination is a plus

This is a full-time, onsite position with a competitive salary, excellent health and retirement benefits. After the first 6 months in role, 1 day WFH per week will be considered.
