Job Description

Administrative Assistant

LHH is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for a full-time position with a private day school in the Washington, DC, metro area. Enjoy generous PTO! Looking for awelcoming administrator who is experienced supporting school leadership. Duties will include calendar and email management, attending division meetings and maintaining minutes, managing daily attendance records, providing content and coordinating monthly newsletter, and supporting programs within the school. The candidate will be professional and discreet and will have the ability to represent the school in accordance with the school's mission and philosophy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
  • Prior administrative experience
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks
  • Technical proficiency using Google Suite to include Gmail, Google Docs, Forms, Sheets, etc., and Microsoft Office
  • Self-starter who can collaborate and work independently
  • Strong written and communication skills

Employment Type:

  • Full time
  • In office Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Salary: $65,000-$75,000
