Job Description
Insight Global is in search of an Operations Support Specialist. This individual will be managing a calendar and scheduling appointments for the engineers to visit client sites and complete projects. They will be contacting customers and following up on a regular basis to see the projects scheduling through. They will also input information from multiple sources into their database. This could include expenses, work management, invoicing, AP, etc. The admin would also have administration duties such as editing documents, scheduling meetings, support events, greeting clients, scanning, copying, and meeting deadlines in order to deliver requested information. They provide technical and administrative support for the company's day-to-day operations. They troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and ensure that systems and processes run smoothly. They will have responsibilities troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of systems and processes, and providing administrative support. Some additional tasks are listed below: -new hire paperwork -IT requests -pulling jobs from VZ systems -making updates in our project management software -operating the front desk
Compensation:
$20-23/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
