Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at our Coral Gables, FL location. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for overseeing office operations and administrative tasks. This includes managing office realtor personnel, providing administrative assistance, property management, closing coordination, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Administrative Assistant will also handle office administration duties to ensure the smooth running of the day to day office tasks.
