Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant III – HR Strategy & Business Ops (Long-Term Temp)

📍 Location: Irvine, CA (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

Duration: 6 months

💲 Pay: $40/hour

🏢 Schedule: Monday to Friday, on-site

We’re seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant III to support a team of senior HR executives within a global financial services firm . In this high-impact role, you’ll manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, arrange travel, prepare reports and presentations, and serve as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external partners.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of administrative assistant experience (executive-level support preferred)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization abilities
  • Comfortable handling sensitive, confidential information with discretion
  • A proactive, resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
