📍 Location: Odessa, TX | 🏢 On-Site | Field-Based Role

💰 Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 base + bonuses | Total Potential: $200K+

🚗 Car Allowance: $500/month + Gas Card

What You’ll Do

As an Account Manager , your primary responsibility is to drive new business, close deals, and build long-term relationships. You’ll spend days in the office making calls, attending training, and strategizing, and days fully in the field , meeting prospects and securing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect & Hunt – Own your pipeline, chase new business , and leverage provided leads.

Close Deals & Win – Deliver tailored solutions to clients and consistently exceed targets.

Hybrid Workweek 3 days in-office (training, calls, meetings) and 2 days in the field (face-to-face sales).

Leverage Tools & Training – We provide leads, prospecting info, and continued mentorship to help you succeed.

Operate with Urgency High activity, high volume, high reward.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

18-36 months of B2B outside sales experience

Proven track record of winning

4-year College Degree

High Motor & Volume Mindset – You operate at a high pace with big energy.

Gravitas, Impact & Intelligence – You command respect, bring confidence, and solve problems.

Commitment & Follow-Through – Background in high school/college sports, Eagle/Boy/Girl Scouts, extra-curricular activities, charities, black belt or similar.

Hunter vs. Farmer Selling – This is a hunting role , not account maintenance.

Qualifications:

🔹 B2B Outside Sales Experience – Minimum 12-36 months required.

🔹 Ability to prospect and close – Comfortable cold calling, networking, and running meetings.

🔹 SalesForce CRM experience (we provide training).

🔹 Bachelor’s degree preferred (GPA 3.0+ preferred).

🔹 Valid driver’s license, background check, and drug test required.

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Base Salary: $55,000 - $65,000

💵 Bridge Pay: $5,000 additional over your first 26 weeks

🚗 Car Allowance: $500/month + Gas Card

🎯 Uncapped Bonuses: First-year earnings potential of $200K+

📈 Career Growth: Path into higher commissions or leadership
